Brave Circle

🌿 Brave Circle: A Healing Collaboration Between PSI and Brave House
Â
Brave Circle is a new support group created through a first-time collaboration between the Psychotherapy & Spirituality Institute (PSI) and BraveHouse. Rooted in a shared commitment to showing up with care, dignity, and hope, this group offers a space of restoration for Latine individuals navigating complex times.
In a world that often overwhelms both our nervous systems and our spirits, Brave Circle offers a gentle place to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Through guided conversations, reflection, and shared wisdom, participants will explore the intersections of culture, identity, relationships, and mental health—while nurturing emotional and spiritual resilience.
This partnership marks a meaningful step toward community care that honors both psychological and spiritual wellbeing. PSI is proud to stand with Brave House in supporting sacred spaces of collective healing.
