Every Monday, Feb 26 – Apr 9
222 W 11th St, New York, NY 10014-2276
Hosted by Kim Schneiderman, LCSW
Have you ever noticed that a part of you feels one way about something while another part feels differently? Do you ever find parts of yourself pulling in opposite directions?
You’re not going crazy. Human beings are multi-dimensional, and these parts of ourselves have something valuable to teach us about who we are, how we protect ourselves, and how we can grow in positive directions.
Join me for a six-week journey as we use somatic-based guided imagery, mindfulness and perspective-bending writing exercises to listen deeply to our parts and access our deepest sources of inner wisdom. We will draw from various frameworks including my book, “Step Out of Your Story,” the “self-leadership” model of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian archetypes and the enneagram personality test to:
-befriend, learn about and dialogue with key parts of ourselves
-learn how to make our parts work for us, rather than against us
-lovingly embrace all of who we are
Price:
