PSI Staff: Your Partners in Healing
“Our goal should be to live life in radical amazement. ….get up in the morning and look at the world in a way that takes nothing for granted. Everything is phenomenal; everything is incredible; never treat life casually. To be spiritual is to be amazed.”
– Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel
Addressing the Intangible with Intention
Our clinical staff brings a multidimensional approach to mental health care, blending evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a spiritually-informed perspective. PSI therapists specialize in a range of disciplines, including clinical social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychoanalysis, and creative arts therapy. Many also integrate specialized approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, polyvagal theory, depth psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), mindfulness and trauma-informed care.
What unites our diverse team is a shared commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and deeply engaged care. Each therapist partners with their clients to create a safe, open space for healing—mind, body, and spirit.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current NY State licensing conditions, PSI clinicians can only serve those physically in NY State. This applies to telehealth visits as well as in-office treatment. Please consult your practitioner with any questions.
