“If you wish to know how these things come about, ask for grace, not instruction, desire, not understanding…”
—- Bonaventure
Unexpected loss and pain are laced into our lives far more often than we are willing to admit to ourselves or each other. There are seasons when life is not what was expected or hoped for. Stephanie seeks to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families during these difficult moments and life transitions.
Stephanie is committed to working with people who find themselves on the margins of any group, particularly those who feel isolated and unseen. In her therapeutic work, Stephanie makes space for and honors all stories and life experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to create safe spaces so that through self-agency and empowerment, greater healing and personal growth may follow.
Stephanie is currently working towards an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona University. She also holds an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Music and International Relations from Stanford University. Stephanie has significant international experience and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin with intermediate fluency.
